14 days of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, email us at
hello@timidmag.com with your (1) order number and (2) a
continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package and shipping label before opening, and the damage upon opening.
Once we review your claim, we'll do our best to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that claims missing a video, submitted after 14 days, or for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Approved replacements require the original copy to be returned before a new one is shipped. Return shipping instructions will be provided upon claim approval. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet these requirements.
